    Sometimes it might be the only way to get through it, because you're scared of letting other people see you cry. It's easier to cry in public when you're a kid than it is when you're an adult..............and really it shouldn't be.

      I know - it's shameful and embarrassing to cry in public when you're an adult when it really shouldn't be. Emotions aren't just something that kids feel or that you should have to learn how to hide because they're "not appropriate" (because... anything but "happy" is inappropriate)
