This is invader Xen, a Fan Character of the invader zim series.

Bio:
Xen was one of the first invaders sent out in Operation Impending Doom 1.
When Zim Blew the whole Operation, Xen's communication system failed, and he crashed in to a black hole. and he was never seen again.
