This thing's a legendary Pokemon from an Emerald hack ROM called Pokemon Altair/Sirius and is pretty much the 'Mew' of the game; it's also my favorite legendary in said game too, in spite of its grotuesquely, forever-bleeding eye sockets, I think it's just darling, because at one point in the game, you get to play hide and seek with it, gosh!

I've still yet to beat Pokemon Altair though, uuuuugh I should really get on top of that...
