This is an NPC from Shadowlack; specifically from the backstory of one of my characters there. Norsut was a bounty-hunter; believe it or not he was a mage, and specialised in hunting down and flushing out mages. He ultimately died the way he lived, doing a kamikaze attack to kill a rogue one who refused to go down particularly strongly.

Design-wise, I nicknamed him the "Cyclops Bulldog" for very good reason. In Shadowlack, there's a "race" known as the Lukuo, which are basically mutants. Most often these mutations are things like horns, spikes, extra eyes, etc. I wanted to try and shake things up a bit, hence his cyclops-look. If you look closely, he also has polydactyly.
