Dial is the head of the Eivon government, the most powerful government on Tekkae, and as its leader, is held with a multitude of heavy responsibilities. He is very calm, collected, and quiet, and is never seen to be angry, even in tense or threatening situations. Most people of Tekkae find his eerily calm demeanor the threatening part of him. Having such a high position in the world, he is always flanked by five armed bodyguards, one of them being his partner, Stallion.
Eivon is a massive city with an immense stone wall surrounding it in a circle with a diameter of 600+ miles/965.6+ km. There are six entryways to get into the city, all of which are guarded by 200-foot-tall creatures called Gatekeepers.

Race:
Dial is a Terragryder(closed original species), what are considered the "supreme" race on Tekkae, ergo why so many hold high positions in governments.
Special Ability:
None. (By this, it refers to if a Terragryder is Daptari. Daptari is the term given to a Terragryder that has managed to gain the power to possess and "work" an element or mix of elements to their will.) Daptari Terragryders are very rare, and as such, Dial seeks them to study them in hopes to obtain an ability of his own. This is perhaps the only time he is seen with any other emotion aside from his usual calm and reserved personality.
Sexual Orientation:
Homosexual. Yep, don't get yer panties in a twist, Dial is a gay. Relationships really don't matter at all in Terragryder society. They think nothing of seeing two of the same gender together. The only issue they have with it is the inability to reproduce with a same-sex couple, as with Terragryders thinking they are "top of the rock", they of course want their race to be the dominant one.
