Red pand from my first post of here again.
I recolored and add shade him.
The underwear of him called "Kuro neko fundosi " in Japan.
It's a one of the classic swimwear.
About 100-70 years ago, Japanese boys use it when they swim.
Lately some of people (mainly gay people) still use it.
So most of them use not only for swimwear but Sexual appeal.^^

In the first post, he wears black swimwear, it is because of his swimwear name "Kuro-Neko Fundoshi"("Kuro-neko " means "black cat" in Japan)
