Michael and Amanda return to the Marmoset Hotel after their trip to Brantawick. As they start to get on the elevator, another strong surge of hormones hits Amanda and she acts accordingly. They reach Amanda's room just as her telephone starts ringing and, it turns out to be her father calling. After a brief conversation with her father, Amanda gives Michael the telephone so she can take her shower. Michael and Jacob talk for a few minutes until Amanda finishes her shower and Jacob needs to take care of business elsewhere. Michael and Amanda go to his room so he can shower and she asks to be allowed in the bathroom while he does so. After taking his shower, Michael and Amanda go out to dinner.
