Alicia Wily was a fun character design, a fan character for Megaman X, she is a faulty clone in several factors, which if Doctor Wily was alive, he’d be able to see that ‘outsourcing’ genetic cloning technologies to kidnapped scientists and stolen half understood technologies was a bad idea. But as he’s been dead for practically a hundred years, it doesn’t bother him that much anymore…
