I might do sexually themed art if you come up with a good monetary reason to have me do that. (If you do get me to do it, I won't do cub, vore, or whatever I can't think of now. We can talk it over in notes if things get to this point.)
The only NSFW art I'm willing to do without being bribed is tasteful nudity.

Do not remove my name from the commissioned piece.
I keep the right to use the commissioned piece for publicity.
I have right to deny a commission if I feel uncomfortable with it, or if I believe I won’t be able to create the commission as intended.

Finally, I have a day job, so working on commissions unfortunately comes second, and so it might take a while longer than most of you are used to.
