I am ending my art hiatus! Be prepared for red pandas!

I've been working for a little bit on a book about social anxiety - a guide to understanding it, dismantling it, and getting over it. I'm looking for help with it, though - socially anxious people who would like to be made into Red Pandas for the book, and also provide a little of their experiences.
I have social anxiety, and it took me forever to get diagnosed. Even after getting diagnosed, problems inherent in social anxiety have meant that I pretty much had to dismantle it myself - even with super supportive people around me. (Like my awesome husband Tod!) Now that I've got a good handle on it, I am floored at the things I probably could have accomplished long ago if someone had just provided me with the tools to get a move on.
Rather than just be pissed, I'm going to try to make those tools for everyone else. So I'm making a book detailing what social anxiety is, how to cope with it in every day life, and (most importantly) how to take it apart & rebuild it into something much better.
