Dr. Zander Rat was a quack doctor. After more than 20 years of having a doctor's license, Zander still couldn't set a broken leg and do it right. But he sure knew how to do circumcisions on those who did not want one.
Prior to the Christmas holidays, Cheesah Meerkat beat up Zander Rat, putting him in the hospital for almost a month. It was because Zander attempted to do an unwanted circumcision on Cheesah's nephew Raphael when he was at the hospital with pneumonia. Raphael's dad, Zhang came close to killing Dr. Rat to make him back off.
While Zander was laid up in a hospital bed, damage was mysteriously done to his 1954 Lancia sport car. Plus the top was put down prior to a thunderstorm. A security guard put the top up, but Dr. Clyde Wolf, who does not like Zander, put the top back down again. Note the mildew inside the windshield from the interior being soaked with rain.
