It's a little wyvern. Over on DeviantArt, @Adventurer suggested an idea to make the design look less like a Scraggy recolor from the Pokémon games, so I made sure to do exactly that. The MS Paint version had Scraggy's grin, as well as some indigo in the design. I wanted to diversify the colors without using every crayon in the box, so I used a golden color for the spikes. The mouth is intended to depict the wyvern chewing its favorite food, such as various kinds of meat or fruit.
Constructive criticism is always welcome, so feel free to suggest away.

Thanks very much! The paw-like feet were not very fitting for a Western dragon, so I tried a vague avian look. I'm much more pleased with the use of gold on the spikes, rather than attempting a monotone of cyan or indigo.

Ahh, I think the new facial expression works really well! I like how you made the feet more talon-like instead of paw-like, too. Cool design. =)
