So let me sum up some stuff about why I was essentially dead for a week.

First off, I didn't know what to have this Pokemon doing. That lead to procrastination, and eventually on Wednesday night my friend meinegarr on fa
gave me the idea to do this (THANKYOU).

Secondly, my choice of tediously babying the line-work on this and the previous 8 Pokemon has driven me more insane than I already am. So from here on out I'm gonna try a less solid type of line-work and aside from that I'll probably redact the first 9 in the future anyways.
