My half of a design trade with . They wanted a moray eel character and boy did I have fun with this, but jeez it took a long time. I tried to get everything right based on the description I was given so I hope I did okay. This is my first design trade that I've ever done. >.<
I hope you like it.
Also, I don't know if he smokes so if not I'm sorry for adding the cigarette!
