This was originally an older sketch from September that I meant to digitally render since then, but it took me pretty much exactly 3 months to do so. This was painful to draw, but I am satisfied so I guess it WAS WORTH IT HAHAHA. Have more alien worldbuilding stuff for Zenith! And some Arkan, since I missed her.

Arkan during the Arkriech Warrior rite of passage, where to become a full-fledged warrior, an Arkreich kills an Ah'g Gulothri. Ah'g Gulothri are monstrous behemoths sharing the Arkreich homeworld, carrying a hatred for the Arkriech and known for destroying villages outside of city-center tech zones and killing Arkriech inhabitants. In addition to regularly culling Ah'g Gulothri to preserve the survival of their own and the Aevorian species, the Arkreich also uphold ancient tradition where a murderous Ah'g Gulothri is hunted down by a single fledging warrior and killed one-on-one using direct combat. Due to the size and strength difference between species, there is a significant death toll during these ceremonies and the Arkreich within alliance reach do not allow outsiders knowledge of their more ancient traditions. Of course, over time Arkriech warriors become more and more skilled at killing Ah'g Gulothri, continuously learning weaknesses and being able to hit the golem-like aliens' two killspots.
