and it is real!! I can't do that move yet, but I have begun Pole dancing fitness. it is a lot of fun, but not as easy as it looks. It's a lot of upper body Strength. you work off about 300-600 calories per session and it also helps boost your Confidence. Men and Women can participate, but make sure the studio allows men too, cause some don't (like mine). I can't wait to learn more and hopefully be apart of the Choreography class. <3 <3
