I tried my hand at Classical style painting, a friend 'dane' gave me some tips on how to adjust SAI brushes to better suit my style and bingo it all fell into place.
Approx 6 hours yesterday 5pm till 11pm I think?
Approx 3 hours today 4pm - 7pm
Total hours: 9 approximately

Sketch to finish digitally via Tablet and SAI art programme.

Subject is my Equine Muse character 'Van Gough' he likes water :)

      I've known how to paint for a while, I just clashed with the digital media..it looks like i've taken leaps..but in fact I'm displaying the level i'm actually at, successfully through digital tablet. ^.^;
      I can pencil realism it just takes 5x longer than a simplistic 'toony' style, it's not as fluid as mixing acrylics.

    Most beautiful! I would love to hear how to adjust the brushes. Working in SAI now as well but struggling to find the technique that works best for me ^^

      Still trying to wrap my head around the settings..because stupid SAI resets every time I close out of a session :(
