Sailor Rakshasa's suit is red with black ribbons, with golden chest armor and shoulderpads. Her sailor collar appears to be made of fur.
In her civilian form, Julie wears a short white dress, a silver belt, black boots, earings, a necklace and bracelets on each arm, all made of silver.
She is of short stature with prominet breasts. She often dyes her dark-brown hair red.

Description: Julia Esther Piña, or Julie, as she prefers to be called, can be described as a typical "fresa" ( mexican slang for valley girl) and a flamboyant vixen. Julie is vain, always concerned about her appearance and clothing. She is very fashion-consicious and buys only very expensive designer clothing. She also likes to show off her body and good looks, and the resulting attention she recieves from her male admirers. She is one of the most popular girls in the city of Aguascalientes, often hosting parties on weekends. As a Sailor Slayer, Julie often strikes poses much more frequently than the other Sailor Slayers.
Julie/Sailor Rakshasa is always ready to help out a friend in need, and readily gives advice on things like fashion and love. She also gives away spare clothing she doesn't use to charity.
A majority of people know Julie as a concieted, snobbish slut, these traits being rumors spread by her many jelaous rivals.

Poison Grenades: Crystal grenades that contain a purple gas that causes people and supernatural beings alike to suffer from horrible allucinations.

Death Claw Slash: Sailor Rakshasa swipes at the air, releasing forth blade energy projectiles from her fingertips. Similar to Balrog´s Dark Claw Strike

Beserker Death Claw: Sailor Rakshasa delivers a barrage of Death Claws Slashes.

Stellar Cutter: S. Rakshasa twirls, gathering energy in her right hand as it takes the form of a star. Once done spinning, S. Rakshasa launches the energy star at her target. It can cut through anything, be it solid metal, dirt or a werewolf's skin and can be controlled by S. Rakshasa. However the bigger the stellar cutter is, the harder it is for S. Rakshasa to control it

Pick Your Poison: Sailor Rakshasa cups her hands above her chest while spinning, gathering energy. Once enough energy is gathered, she turns it into a poisonous substance. Sailor Rakshasa then jumps while thrusting her arms in front, shooting various poison clouds that take the shape of raging lions at her enemies.
