i kind of had the same brief interpretation that thom himself was a goner, but your comment doesn't resolve that ambiguity so i wonder if it's deliberate. i like it, it's grim and unsettling. his facial expression reads appropriately for either interpretatiojn

Aw thank u man and yeah it meant to be ambiguous. I need to remove the critique requested thing actually because it really is a doodle that I just did as I went along (but thank you I do appreciate the critique stuff, im not being precious) :I it only got BLOODY right at the end and I'm not sure whether it was really necessary

I'd normally make some sort of "things best left unseen" crack (a funny one, I assure you), but Thom's eyes are a bit too effective for humor at the moment. Well done, although it looks like he's due for a few weeks with TherapyBot after this (the good one, not the one with the broken couch).

I don't think he's going to find solace in that.
There was an interesting picture (NSFW) I'd seen posted up on FA discussing how to plot out the events leading up to a bloody mess (which is what this looks like), in order to make a more effective scene.
Some something like how Thom walked over to the wall, and how the blood/not-blood travelled with him and splashed over him during the preceding events could probably stand to be better portrayed. Otherwise it looks as if he's sort of just leaking from his right foot.
Poor Thom.
