This is Blair ,a monster infected douchebag who hides his insecurity about what’s happening to him by being a massive dickhead..
He got exposed to monster blood and it started mutating him where it touched, he doesn't like it one bit.

I imagine he has some problems adjusting to live with it.
While the monster arm is stronger, its less dexterous than his human arm, and long claws makes mundane tasks that require two hands a bit of an effort.
His eye is effed, and sees things in a blueish tint, and sort of highlights peoples heat signals, Blair only seems to focus on the fact that it gives him terrible headaches.
