Thankyou for the critique. Yes I need to work on my anatomy. I've come a long way but i've got such a long way to go. I bought an anatomy book so hopefully looking through that some more helps a bit. As for the colors I wanted her shirt to pop but I suppose it pops too much. Her hair was meant to look like a bad dye job but I suppose I didn't get it right. Thankyou for this. It has helped me alot :)

Anatomy books can help, but one of the best things you can do is to try and draw from real photographs or, better, from real life. c: I'm still doing the same, it takes awhile to understand the human form, let alone get to a point where you can mess with it!
I'd suggest looking up some art ref blogs on tumblr, or I could recommend some, because they often have a lot of realllly nice reference for allll sorts of things. I use them a lot!-

Allllrighty, then! BE WARNED, these may have nudity, due to them being artistic reference and such. Just thought I should warn. ^^
First of all, I really recommend this blog because they are still very active and have a LOT of stuff archived already. I use them often not only for clothing/style references, but for body types and anatomy.
Art And SterfThis next one is pretty easy to navigate and has a good amount of stuff, I use it but not as often as the other.
Fyeah Art RefsI also recommend this one a lot, but due to whats going on at FA theres a lot about that right now, so I'd certainly stick with the tags (located on the side) if you want to avoid it. ^^;
Artist-RefsThis one is actually close to home--it's my sisters blog,
! She often reblogs pretty people and things like that, be warned, there will probably be nudity. Still, I find some of the things there can be really helpful. Its fun to just look through.
This one is new to me, but so far I realllly like what they have. Its not so heavy on the anatomical references, but this blog has a LOT of things one should know if they plan on going into the field in all seriousness. Seriously, I'd check it out if I were you, when you have a chance.

For the critique--I'd suggest trying to fill your space more, and try using a reference for the pose you're attempting. Overall, I think this character is cute, but her anatomy needs some work.
Her chest is a liiiittle wonky, and You might consider a slightly lighter pink, or a more realistic blond for her hair. They kind of clash, but if they were the right shade they would look very nice together.
Otherwise, it's very cute, and she seems like a sweet character! c:
