I am now even more powerful than I ever was before... Stronger than any creature on this planet. I watched the battle between you and that weakling you call 'Eve'. She thought she could control me. But she has failed. You are the last opponent standing in my way and I refuse to lose to such a simple-minded fool. Face my wrath and writhe in the puddle of fear and blood you soon shall be! FIND YOUR PLACE!" --- NMC-Mewtwo, to Aya Brea before fighting her.

Oh my dear lord, did this guy take forever to color. Spent about 2 hours drawing and coloring it, altogether, as well as adding smaller details. I based it on both the Mewtwo in the video games and the Mewtwo from Pokemon: The First Movie, which is why it can speak. As you read, I even made a little battle quote for it! I have listed some information on NMC-Mewtwo below:

--Its coloration has become darker and more intimidating due to its newer mutation. It has grown so much that it is now about 2 times Aya's size.
--Rarely does NMC-Mewtwo place its feet on the ground. It prefers to float in the air, as a testament to its god-like abilities and psychic powers.
--The NMC-Mewtwo is a vicious, wild creature with the intelligence of a man. It is one of the very few NMCs that is capable of speech, albeit through telepathy, and is also an Artificial Neo-Mitochondrial Creature (ANMC).
--Mewtwo is considered to be one of the most rare Pokemon there is. Because of this, it would be considered a secret boss if found in the Parasite Eve game. It can be found at Carnegie Hall while playing EX-Mode, on the stage where Melissa performed her opera solo. Mewtwo was always a very imposing Pokemon, so the atmosphere of Carnegie Hall's burnt remains seemed suitable for it.
--Because of both its genes being spliced during creation and Eve's influence, Mewtwo has become even more violent than it was before mutation. It only thinks of battling opponents and killing all that oppose it.
--Unlike its more merciful counterpart, NMC-Mewtwo does not use a lot of PE-related attacks in battle. It focuses more on using its own psychic powers and mind games. It also knows a large array of dark, fighting, and electric type attacks.
--NMC-Mewtwo is fully capable of clawing at Aya with its massive talons. In fact, if this attack connects, it can sometimes lead to a one-hit kill for Aya. Be sure to stay as far away from NMC-Mewtwo as possible so that this does not occur.
--NMC-Mewtwo can inflict multiple status effects such as Poison, Confusion, and Defense Down.
--During the fight with NMC-Mewtwo, it sometimes will stand motionless in order to restore HP or preserve energy. It is best to attack it with a powerful PE move before it begins to move and fight again, as attacking it while it meditates will put an end to its restoration tactic.
--Because of its armor-like breastplate, NMC-Mewtwo does not take much damage if hit from an extremely far off distance. It is best to stay a safe distance from it while also keeping it within moderate range.
--Large, dark veins can be seen flowing from the tubes on its body. These veins help allow it to hone its abilities and use them to its advantage.
--NMC-Mewtwo is one of the few NMPs to have the ability to change form during battle. Once half of NMC-Mewtwo's HP is gone, it will transform into NMC-Mewtwo X. When it only has 20% of its HP left, it will further change into its ultimate form, NMC-Mewtwo Y.
