So, here's an example of the finished version of the invites!

I ended up doing 21 of these, and wow, they took WAY longer than I'd thought.

I started on Wednesday afternoon, at 4PM, and went to bed at 5AM. I was halfway through.

Next day, I started at 3PM and went to bed at 3AM. I still hadn't finished, but I did work out a better process for myself; draw in the half-wreath thingy in the back on each card, then work on one color per card (the white for the flower petals, the dark green for the stem, light green for the leaves, the yellow and orange for the inner-flower bits, and lastly color in the half-wreathes with a glitter gel pen. This I did last because I didn't want to smear the glitter all over the card). By 3AM, I had done the half-wreath things drawn in and had colored in all the flower petals on each card, but had to stop. Admittedly, though. day 1 I just listened to music so I could focus. Day 2, I was not so smart and was catching up on SAO: Alicization, which was VERY distracting and not very productive at all. XD Lesson learned!

I finally finished the next day; I had to drive to the wedding planner's home so we could do more stuff, and I ended up finishing them there. I had started before leaving in the afternoon and finished them in the evening; don't have a timeframe this day because I was doing other wedding stuff in between completing the cards.

They all came out very nice! I wanted to do a spread of all the cards, but we needed to get them in the envelopes and addressed out for mailing on Monday. I got to photo the very last one for this post.

I hope the people who receive the cards enjoy them. :3 (though I am sad at the thought that many of them will just be thrown away)
