Terms of Service

Payments:

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that covers material costs is required to begin your commission, final payment, plus any shipping costs must be covered before shipping. Installments may be made of at least $100/month. Payments must be made through PayPal. Postal Money Order, Western Union, Moneygram, and other money transfers will not be accepted. Cash can only be accepted at conventions or meet-ups in person. I am not liable for money sent to the wrong paypal account.

When sending money through paypal: please state who you are and details of your commission as to avoid confusion.

Refunding:

Refunds depend on how much time and progress was completed on your commission. Your deposit is absolutely non-refundable. I reserve the right to refuse or refund in full at my own choice.

Ordering:

You must be 18 or older to enter an agreement. A parent or guardian is always encouraged to enter an agreement in your stead but must be who I communicate and receive payment from.

This is a handmade item, flaws and imperfections may be present, and the best way to avoid such is to provide a detailed reference with notes of your character. Once the order has begun, all options are final and cannot be changed.

I reserve the right to refuse your order for reasons including but not limited to:

Item portrays acts that are offensive or illegal
You have been rude, offensive, difficult, unclear, or otherwise disagreeable, or have made threats.
Item is a recreation of a previous character unless it was a past commission
Item is a Copyrighted character
Commission slots are full

Liability

Allergies:
Please take into consideration that I come into contact with dogs, cats, horses, and poultry. If you have a minor allergy, please let me know so I can take extra steps to ensure minimal contamination for a $100 fee, however it is encouraged that you consider another maker just to be safe. Quarantining will also void any deadlines. I am not liable for any allergic reactions in regards to your suit.

Performance:

Fursuits are hot, with impaired breathing, mobility, and vision. I am not liable for any injury that may occur in suit.

Harassment:

Harassment of myself or commissioners is not tolerated. If you are a commissioner, your commission will be void and all payments excluding deposit will be refunded. You will be blocked and I will advise my commissioners to do the same.

Sizing:

I am not responsible for poor sizing due to incorrect measurements. However, improper sizing due to an error on my end is covered by your warranty.

Shipping:

All suits are shipped as soon as possible after final payment and shipping fees are received. Shipping is done through United States Postal Service. Larger fullsuits may need to be split between two boxes. Shipping payment can be sent once the exact cost is determined after shipment. World shipping and small piece shipping will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty:

All suits are covered for 12 months after completion and will be repaired free of charge with the exception of shipping. Unfixable damage by mold, water, fire, etc. will not be fixed, replaced, or refunded. Small damage (Unglued paw pad, popped seam, etc.) can easily be fixed by the commissioner, instruction can be given if needed. After the 12-month period has expired, repairs will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the warranty will be null and void if:
Item has been abused or used improperly
Item has been altered in any way
Item has been soiled or has a smell, and has not been cleaned prior to return
