Rusty lives in a big Junkyard on the outskirts of Robotropolis. He's made a living out of building and fixing stuff using the scrap he finds, and also stealing gadgets and computing equipment for his best buddy, Wiggins (the Earwig). Rusty calls him Wig for short.

Due to living on the outskirts of Robotropolis, Rusty has seen what Robotnik is up to, and has come to greatly distrust adults, convinced they're all bad like the mad scientist. It's unknown where Rusty came from, but it's likely he was originally from Mobotropolis and was abandoned after the great attack several years ago.

Note: Rusty doesn't like adults, so if you're above 18 years old, he's not going to like you. 17 is pushing it... He prefers if you're more of a kid, like under 13, since he's 10 years old himself. Think of him as a member of the Lost Boys-- He does not like adults!
