Rodentia, also known as the Rodent Mafia, is a troublesome group that has claimed Lower-Mobotropolis as its own territory. This crime-ring specializes in smuggled weaponry, and sometimes drugs... They sell them to all the gangs in the area, and the only thing they ask in return is to be paid on time. When they're not... They send in some of their most special "accountants".

Roxanne is one of them. She's quick, to the point, and very coy. Often times she will flirt and play with her prey before she finishes them off. Weasels were known to be untrustworthy, and often stabbed their own kind in the back, and that was exactly why Roxanne had made it so high in Rodentia... She was also the only one trusted to deal with other Weasels. Armed with an M9, she wasn't to be taken lightly... And she wasn't much for tranquilizer rounds.

It appears she's romantically involved with one of the gunners in the group, but it's difficult to say who.
