Something brand new. New character, new big project, new batch of fanart lore.

Starting off with TaleSpin theory: Although in canon it is said that humans exist only in myth & fairy tales, there was one scene that stuck with me of a human on a wanted poster in a Cape Suzette police station that refutes the statement. So my theory is that humans do exist in the world of TaleSpin, but in very few numbers in isolated societies, never being encountered even during international events featured in the series and spin-off shows like DuckTales & Darkwing Duck. So this character is from one of those isolated spots of human civilization.

Now for the setting, the Special Security Services is considered a privateer company founded by Captain Maxwell Shepherd and Admiral Douglas St Bernard, former soldiers of the Usland Armed Forces. In truth, the unit often operates in mercenary work and as pirate raiders in some cases, stealing from other pirates and a few number of countries such as Thembria. There had been names given of the company to mark them more as pirates, but none stuck. They operate from a floating dirigible aircraft carrier, and are equipped with planes for 5 fighter squadrons, a reconnaissance squadron, and a search & rescue squadron.

Name: Andre Joubert. Nicknames include A.J. (said only by family, close friends, and the company leaders), The Frenchman (said by many outside the company, but considered redundant because he's not the only French-speaking pilot), and Diable (referred to by allies and enemies from his past)
Biography: Andre came from a small archipelago nation which is currently occupied by another human country and had been one of several pilots who escaped capture to become wanted fugitives with large bounties on their heads. He joined up with the company, having proved himself in a dogfight against company leader Maxwell Shepherd, revealing his reputation as Diable, the pilot responsible for the killing of the invading country's dictator in a similar dogfight. Andre currently serves as a squadron commander, speaking English to everyone on a regular basis, but his personal flight consists of fellow French speakers, two other humans from the same conquered country and a Briard pilot from somewhere else. Some rumors say that another pilot downed the dictator in combat, but credit was given to Andre to protect the pilot's family still in occupation, but so far no other pilots have matching skills to Andre's, which were reported by pilots on both sides during that battle.
