Here are a few examples of Mirromy "breeds" or races that have developed to certain surroundings.

-Lake type, usually more green or blue. Has extra skin and tendrils to help aid it in open air camo. Might even have a tendril beard!

-Climber type. Skin overall is less porous, most water absorption has to be done through the mouth instead of through the gills while swimming. Their tails are long with tendrils of more varied lengths to better help them hunt for birds in trees or other animals like that.

-Flora Type, or reef type. Has many flowy ourgrowths to imitate coral reef life. They tend to have mottled markings and sit and wait for food more.

-Polar or ice type. Long fat tails to aid in swimming longer distances in search for food. Actually posses a form of fat for storage. Ears and tendrils are far more stubby to prevent heat loss.
