The Most Electrifying First Day of School – Ever
Authored by MilkJunkie (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/milkjunkie)

“So…”

Nori’s voice broke an awkward silence as he stood outside his beachside house with his two kids – twins, one Plusle, one Minun. They had spent the better part of two weeks together, aside from when Nori had to work, but now that everything was cleared with the local high school, it was time for their very first day of receiving an education, and more notably the first day of not hanging around home all day.

“So?” Glint, the Plusle, repeated.

“You excited?” Nori asked, looking down at the two of them as he stood just behind them. He looked so out of place there, what with being a raccoon with mostly gray fur, a darker gray ‘mask,’ and a white underbelly and muzzle. He looked nothing like the yellow-furred rodents he called his children, Glint having vibrant red tipping her ears and covering her hands, the male, Spark, having the same, but in a lightish blue.

“Not really…” Spark answered with a lack of sleep evident in his tone, “… School isn’t exciting.”

“Nonsense!” Nori responded, patting Spark on the shoulder, “School is loads of fun! It sure beats going to work every day. I wish I was still in school.”

“Yeah, well you say that, but when you’re IN school, it’s no fun,” Glint huffed, crossing her arms beneath her oversized breasts.

Nori’s ear perked as he heard the dull roar of the school bus’s engine. He was thankful that it was coming to take the twins away, if only because trying to reason with them when they’ve got their mind set on something was impossible by any means. That and he’d be able to head in to work and not have to worry about what they might be doing while he was away. At the very least, he was sure he’d not find his kitchen window shattered by a soccer ball again, not on weekdays anyways.

“Well, here comes the bus,” Nori said as he let his hand slip from Spark’s shoulder. He looked at the twins seriously for a moment, and as if feeling his gaze on the backs of their heads, they looked over their shoulders to look back at him. “I want you to be good,” He said, crossing his arms.

Glint shot him a smile when the bus pulled up and said, “We’re always good.”
Taking her brother’s hand, she boarded the bus, red backpack on her back to match her brother’s blue one. Spark followed as he waved goodbye to Nori, who waved back.

“Yeah. Always,” Nori said with a sigh before turning to head back into the house. Surly he was worried for nothing, he thought, and yet something in the back of his mind told him he ought to be ready for anything.

Boarding the bus first, Glint stopped when she noticed the bus driver looking at her funny. He was a big walrus, with a big gut that pushed out the bottom of his light blue uniform shirt and push against the steering wheel of the bus as he relaxed. Glint couldn’t even see his eyes past his big, bushy eyebrows, and the wrinkles on his face made him look about as old as the grayness of his eyebrows suggested. But, whether she could see the gaze or not, Glint knew where his eyes were keenly focused.

Glint was, as many could tell right away, big for her age in that special way. For someone who was merely sixteen years old, she had a figure most grown women would never acquire realistically without some form of surgery. Her breasts were a good deal more than a simple handful, even for a grown man, and her waist curved beautifully to rounded buttocks and long, lovely legs. By now, Glint was used to the looks. She had no doubt the old bus driver was wondering if she even belonged on a school bus at the age she appeared to be. It was only her facial features that would speak of her youth, and what would convince the driver to just let her on when he finally looked up at her.

He was surprisingly calm about it all, in fact. Not even a furrow of his brow was made to express his curiosity. His actions were monotonous as he simply looked straight ahead once again.

Glint ignored all the eyes on her and Spark. All the other kids, boys and girls, stared at her. Even though she had done her best to dress modestly in a long-sleeved red shirt and her favorite darker red cargos, her curves simply could not be silenced. She spotted a completely empty seat, and kept her brothers hand held firm as she walked towards it.

Spark was a little more self-conscious than Glint, and he couldn’t quite ignore all the eyes on her, or even the eyes on him. He gazed down one side of the bus and up the other. Aside from one kid who was asleep, everyone else was looking at them. His ears wilted as he wondered just what they were thinking. Many of the boys were eying Glint with these weird grins on their faces, some girls seemingly miffed about her appearance, but just as many were looking at Spark as soon as they realized that Glint had someone in tow. He didn’t like their looks. A pair of girls giggled as they whispered to one another while he passed, the Minun trying to listen in on what they were saying before Glint tugged him into the seat behind them.

The bus made a sharp hiss as the doors closed, and every passenger was jerked backward as the break was released and the bus was set into motion. For many, it was off to another boring day of school. For Glint and Spark, it was off to the first day of school where kids as… developed as the two of them were a rarity.

The first few minutes of travel were silent between the twins as they simply watched different things. Glint had her attention drawn out the window, not having taken many trips out of the house. She’d certainly never been into town, so as the beachside became the downtown, she was especially interested in all the stores she passed. Spark was more-so trying not to focus on the other students. He wondered just who he might meet in a place like this, or if he’d even see other Pokémon around. He certainly hoped so, because the more he observed the other species around the bus, the more he felt… weird.

“So do you think we’ll be in the same class?” Spark would ask, looking to his sister.

“I hope so,” Glint said as she turned her attention to her brother, trying to drown out the sea of chatter that made the bus so noisy, “I don’t wanna be stuck next to some weirdo I don’t know… Especially if it’s some boy.”

“I know me neither,” Spark said with a frown.

Glint huffed, “At least you don’t have some big… pair… of things on your chest for everyone to gawk at,” She said, trying to find a metaphor or something to compare her breasts to, but had failed. Instead, she reached up and grabbed them in her hands, pushing them upward to present to her brother. “I think all the ‘cool kids’ are going to be trying to talk to me all day! It’s going to be everything I can do not to punch them in the mouth.”

Spark may have forgotten where he was, because he stared at his sister’s breasts when granted the invitation without a moment’s hesitation. “W-Well, um, at least they have good taste? C-Can you really blame them?”

Glint’s face lit up in a big grin as she tilted her head to rest it on Spark’s shoulder. “Sweet talker,” She teased, laughing a bit.

When the two of them arrived at school, they got off the bus and went straight to the Principal’s office as per instruction from Nori. It was there that they received their class schedules and their locks for their lockers. Since they had never owned a locker before, they got awful excited about receiving their locks, and they left right away to find their lockers. They were in the same hallway, two lockers apart from one another, which was convenient in their eyes. Putting all put a binder and their pencil cases into their new storage space; they locked up after writing their combinations in their binders for future reference, and then went to their first class.

It didn’t take long for things to get out of hand from there.

Having the same homeroom class together, Glint and Spark found their room together – room 205 – and stepped inside. After the morning’s awkward stares, they received much less from entering the classroom, as there were bound to be a few students who recognized them by that point. That being said, it was easier to ignore them as the twins found a pair of seats in the middle of the room for them to take. Sure, there were no seating plans in high school, but that didn’t stop the students from pairing off and sticking to their seats for the entire semester… Glint and Spark had no reason to worry about moving any time soon.

Being a couple days late for the very first day, Glint and Spark didn’t get the same introduction the other kids got to their homeroom course. But, it was English, and that being the language they spoke and had been learning in the Center for about as long as they could remember, they figured there’d be no need. The only thing they’d have to keep their ears open for was the teacher’s name… That was an important tidbit of information.

So they waited. It didn’t take long for the kids behind them, beside them, and in front of them to lean forwards, over, and back to try and talk to them. It was just the usual stuff, questions like “are you new here” and “what’s your names” and “what town do you live in” and things like that. All of them were questions the twins had no problem answering. They were smart enough not to get too personal. One young man even asked Glint where she lived exactly. Glint answered his question with a question – a rude question, but the meaning of “get bent” was wholly understood by both parties.

Finally, a minute after class began almost to the second, the teacher entered the room. She was an older woman, shaped distinctly like a pear. She had a bit of a waddle to her step, though being a Penguin it was excusable. She wore a big, unflattering, loose black dress with white and yellow flowers all over it, and a thin purple sweater of sorts she had buttoned together only once over her chest. She had big, red glasses and rather crazy-looking yellow hair… In other words, she was your typical English teacher.

“Good morning class,” She said in a happy tone.

“Good morning Miss Peachtree,” The class responded in near monotone.

Glint looked to Spark with a snicker. “Miss Peachtree? What, did they rip her out of the first children’s TV show they could find?”

Spark quietly giggled too. Unfortunately the irony of such a question was lost on them.

“Class,” Ms. Peachtree began as she waddled over to her desk and set her papers down with a tired sigh, “We have two new students in class today – Glint and Spark.”

The twins stood up of course. Well, Glint stood up, and pulled Spark to his feet too allowing everyone to see them.

“I expect we’ll all make them feel rather…” Ms. Peachtree began before abruptly pausing.

“Young lady, that’s rather unbecoming of a woman, and not very humorous,” The teacher said, resting her hands on her hips, looking right at Glint.

Glint looked around a bit, before looking back at the teacher with the most confused look on her face. “Who? Me?”

“Yes, you,” Ms. Peachtree said, sounding a little less chipper now, “And I think you know it.”

“Know what?” Glint blinked.

Ms. Peachtree sighed. All the other students snickered and smirked, finding the display rather funny.

“Your shirt, Glint,” The teacher said, hanging her head.

Glint shook her head after examining her shirt. “What about it?”

Ms. Peachtree paused to choose her words carefully before saying, “Your attempts to look unrealistically endowed are not funny, young lady.”

Glint’s ears perked up at that, and she smiled in utter disbelief. “W-What? No, that’s not…” She said, attempting to explain that her E-cup stuffing breasts were nothing but natural. Unfortunately she was cut short.

“Glint, young women aren’t even able to be that… grown up, especially one of your age!” Ms. Peachtree had grown stern at that point, “Whatever you’re hiding in there, remove it this instant.”

“Now hold on a minute!” Glint protested, “I’m not…”

“Now, Glint, please. You’re disrupting the class,” The teacher cut in.

“A-Actually, you started it…” Spark said, much to the class’s delight. All the other students began to laugh, which made Ms. Peachtree red in the face.

“Now, young lady!” The teacher bellowed.

Glint was sour, and the expression on her face said it all. What little patience she possessed had been tested, and she wasn’t about to stand there and be embarrassed any longer. She was blushing, but she reached up to the bottom of her shirt, lifting it to expose her navel.

“You know what? Fine!”

As she lifted her shirt higher in a quick motion, Spark’s eyes were about as wide as saucers, while his pupils were as tiny as a pin-prick.

“Glint, no!”

… Never had there been a ‘young lady’ rushed down to the Principal’s office so quickly in the history of that school.

She had been prohibited from returning to that class for the remainder of the period, as it would have been far too disruptive considering what she’d done. So she sat in front of the principal’s office in one of the five chairs that lined up next to the door – two on the left, three on the right. She was none too impressed, considering the death-glares she was giving her own Gameboy. Fortunately for her, the Principal had agreed not to call Nori. It was the first day, after all. But naturally she didn’t go without punishment.

Spark had found her after class, walking up to her quietly and looking down at her as she sat in the chair. She’d heard the bell ring, but didn’t bother to move right away.

“Glint, it’s uh… It’s time to go to your next class,” Spark said.

Glint shook her head. “Why? So the next teacher can embarrass me in front of everybody?”

A passing student gave a wolf whistle loud enough for Glint to hear, and she shot them a glare, her face going red. “S-SHUT UP!”

Spark blocked Glint from seeing her Gameboy by resting her binder and pencil case over-top. He then released them, and Glint had to catch them before they fell. She huffed and stood up from the chair she sat in, and before she could even make sure she was holding her things properly, Spark grabbed her and gave her a big and excessively tight hug.

“It’ll be okay, Glint…” He said quietly as he held her close.  Glint had fumbled her binder, pencil case and Gameboy, but with Spark so close, her stuff was pinned between their chests. Spark had spared no effort in hugging his sister so hard their bodies mashed up against one another, with so much full-body contact that it could have been seen as inappropriate. But she really liked how tightly he was holding her. It made her feel more at ease.

Spark rubbed her back as they hugged, and then pulled back and looked around. No one was watching them, so he leaned in quick and gave his sister an affectionate little peck on the lips, much to her utter delight. He’d actually kissed her! Where everyone could have seen! It made her heart soar and she got a little squirmish.

“A-Alright, alright,” She said in mock defeat, “I’ll… go to my next class… I’ll just have to TELL the teacher that my boobs are real, and hope to God they believe me…”

Pulling away then, Spark grabbed Glint’s hand and just started walking, dragging her along for a change until she decided to walk along next to him. Many of the students she recognized from the class were staring at her, as well as many more who had already heard about the flashing she’d presented to her entire class. Glint walked with her binder pressed up against her chest. Normally she wasn’t so worried about her appearance, hardly at all even, but high school did weird things to teenagers, no doubt.

Spark had Mathematics, but Glint had Ancient History, so they weren’t together during the second period. Regardless, Spark walked Glint to her next class and offered to tell her teacher what she had to tell him, so she needn’t embarrass herself. It was just as embarrassing for Spark to have to walk into a class that wasn’t his and explain that his sister’s E’s were real and not a bra full of tissue paper or something, but he felt good relieving that sort of pressure for her. The Ancient History teacher, a male opossum, was very understanding after he realized that Spark was telling the truth. Maybe he was just more familiar with the fact that certain kids could grow up a little too fast.

With that, Spark left after giving Glint’s hand a squeeze. And Glint felt more than comfortable enough to take her seat and continue on with her classes. Sure, she was still a little wary of passing glances and whispers, but she convinced herself that she shouldn’t worry.

“Besides,” She thought, “You can look all you want. Not a finger is laid on me that isn’t Spark’s.”

Those classes passed without incident, and before long, it was lunch hour. Unfortunately Glint was stuck in the detention room during lunch due to her inappropriate outburst. She inwardly raged at the injustice of it all, but sat slumped in her chair anyways; eating the sandwich she made herself that morning, and just waited for lunch to be over.

Of course, detention always was the biggest hive of scum and villainy in school, wasn’t it? Glint was barely in there for five minutes before some guy spoke up from behind her after leaning forwards.

“’Ey~ You’re the gal you flashed her tits in front of homeroom, ain’tchya?” He asked, his voice sounding like it had some sort of gangster accent he was trying too hard to mimic from TV, “Yeah, you so are. I can see those puppies and I’m sittin’ back here.”

She heard laughter from behind her. There had to be three guys back there. Against her better judgment, she turned to take a look at who was mouthing off to her like that.

Behind her was an anteater. He had that long, long muzzle, and it had a really dopey looking grin on it. He was just so proud of himself. He wore what looked like something you’d pull from the 80’s, a black leather jacket, white shirt, blue jeans… It was sad, how fake he looked, his hair even gelled to be spiked upwards. His friends looked hardly any different. They dressed the same, but one was a tall tiger, with the orange and black stripes, and the other was a much smaller mouse, all white with red eyes. They snickered at their friend’s little joke, but Glint looked anything but impressed.

“Why don’t you keep your nose outta my business? Unless that thing is so honking huge you can’t,” Glint said back, huffing and turning back to face forwards.

Various ‘oooo’s came from behind her.

“Listen to her, Tony,” The Anteater said.

“Yeah I know,” Tony said, the tiger, trying to sound just like the Anteater, “She’s feisty.”
The mouse chuckled, but he sounded a lot… dumber than the other two. “I like spunky girls.”

Leaning back, the Anteater shrugged. “Hey chicky, I ain’t sayin’ nothin’ bad. I like what’chya did! Stick it to the man, and stuff,” He said.

The mouse laughed again. “I’d love it if she stuck that to my man,” He said, laughing like an idiot.

Glint’s ears flattened. She just wasn’t the sort of girl to be able to ignore such stupid advances from such stupid-looking men. Turning around, she arched a brow and said, “Listen, buddy, why don’t you just back off? I already have a man, and besides, I try to avoid greasy guys like you.”

The Anteater’s expression soured immediately. “Hey, you better watch your mouth!”

“Or what?” Glint responded immediately, “You’ll hit a girl? Tough man you are.”

“I ain’t afraid of hitting a girl!” He said, “So shaddap before I sock one right now!”

Glint stuck out her tongue before turning back around and taking a big, angry bite out of her cheese sandwich, her cheeks flickering with sparks. If it wasn’t one thing, it’s another! Her concentration was broken only for a moment when she felt a pencil hit her in the back of the head, and heard the guys laughing. Honestly, did they think they were in grade school or something? Naturally there was no teacher there to stop them… it was lunch, after all!

Poor Spark sat alone in the cafeteria, eating his lunch and just keeping to himself. It was easy for him, but lonely nevertheless… He thought if this was going to be a normal thing, he’d have to make some friends… But the more he looked at the wide expanse of bustling students, all talking to one another and generally enjoying each other’s company, the more he thought the task of making friends to be difficult. It seemed everyone already had their friends, their cliques… Where was he to fit in if not with Glint?

The twins sighed in unison, despite being a long ways away from each other, and carried on as best they could.

Lunch ended and Glint was free, though still without her brother as it was off to the next class. She was off to Geography, while Spark was off to Art Class. It was another period separate from one another, and another period of silent awkwardness, but one that passed yet again without incident.

The last class of the day was P.E, and while girls and boys couldn’t share the same class, having two separate teachers to instruct them, they still shared the same gymnasium – one of the two, at least for that day. Split right down the middle, the boys and the girls worked with the space they were allotted. Glint and Spark didn’t have the privilege of showing off their teamwork with one another or their physical prowess, but they at least got to enjoy one another’s company while they were in the class, even if from a distance.

The changing rooms were the most awkward part of the class. Neither Plusle nor Minun were all too enthusiastic about showering with their classmates. For the most part, the twins were head and shoulders above the others in terms of size, and they weren’t in a hurry to garner any sort of unwanted attention… at least not again. So even if the others thought it was dirty, the twins would simply change into their clothes after they were done. No sense giving their classmates a case of envy… or disgust, maybe.

They returned to their lockers at the end of the day. If the earlier humiliation wasn’t defeating enough, they felt so strange throughout the day and reserved. They were secretive, that was for sure, but they had never in their lives felt so… out-casted than they had felt attending their first day of high school. They were far too used to the Center – a place where the other children their age throughout their lives weren’t just some strangers, but their family. High school was not your family, and the difference was readily apparent. Placed on top of the fact that the two of them had been running around and stretching and exercising for the final hour and fifteen minutes of the day, and they were ready to just go home and die.

“I never want to come back here again,” Glint grumbled as she stuffed her books and gym clothes into her backpack, “This place just sucks.”

“I know,” Spark said, “But we can’t not go to school…”

“I wish we could!” Glint said, closing her locker and locking it up.

That’s when Glint saw them. Turning to face Spark, she saw the young men from detention approaching down the hall. It was hard to miss them; in those stupid leather jackets… they looked like some throw-back biker gang, and reeked of stupidity. Glint groaned and rolled her eyes as the anteater, which she had learned was named Antonio, locked eyes with her for a moment. Spark saw this and looked back over his shoulder to see what the matter was, but by the time he had, the terrific trio was upon them.

The tiger, being the biggest of the bunch, forced himself between Glint and Spark, and rested his hand on the lockers and leaned aside, pretty much right in Spark’s face. The Minun’s ears wilted and he tried to see around the muscled obstruction, but Tony just wouldn’t let him. With the twins separated, the trio pretty much boxed Glint in. She had maybe half a foot of wiggle room between each of them… so her personal space was starting to smell a lot like cheap hair gel.

“’Ey there Spunky,” Antonio said, “Headin’ home?”

“No duh,” Glint responded flatly, “So get outta the way, I have to catch my bus.”

“Sure was nice watching you do laps,” Antonio continued, as if he hadn’t even heard Glint… his shit-eating grin said otherwise though.

“Yeah!” The mouse, Marley, said, “Bounce, bounce, bounce~”

Glint had blocked them from her memory, but they were indeed in Spark’s gym class… She felt immediately bad for her brother. She tried to look over at him, and Spark was looking right back at her, but staying quiet for the most part. He didn’t know what to say! Or do, for that matter!

“Right, whatever,” Glint said as she adjusted her backpack on one shoulder, looking at them all, “Is that it then? Because I really gotta get going…”

“Nah, y’know, I was thinkin’…” Antonio said.

“Big shock,” Glint cut in with a grin.

Antonio narrowed his eyes a bit, but continued, “… That maybe a chick like you oughta be with a man like me.”

Glint looked absolutely baffled by this statement, utterly taken back. Spark looked sour. It took a while for the Plusle to even piece what he said together in her head, seemingly.

“What, seriously?” Glint asked, with a crooked, disbelieving grin, “You’re serious, aren’t you? Well, ah, I think maybe no. I prefer my men less slimebally.”

Antonio pressed in closer, and Glint pressed herself right up back against her locker. Spark’s eyes widened a bit at this, and he tried to push past Tony, who was just so big that the little guy couldn’t catch a break. The tiger held Spark off and allowed Antonio to continue.

“Oh c’mon, you know we’d be a perfect match,” He said, his thin tongue flicking out of his elongated snout and tickling her cheek. He immediately pulled back when the red circle on her cheek started to crackle with electricity.

Glint’s glare was fierce. “Get away from me,” She said sternly, “Right now.”

Spark was… sparking. His cheeks were crackling and arching with electricity as he looked about ready to pop. Antonio wasn’t backing off, and the longer he stood not a few inches away from Glint, the more Spark got angry. He was sure Glint could handle herself… in fact, he was positive, but that didn’t stop him from getting angry… So angry, in fact, that he did indeed pop… Figuratively speaking.

“Stop it!” Spark shouted, grabbing the burly tiger’s arm and pulling him to spin him around. Tony stumbled a bit, but swung around to face Spark.

The last thing Tony saw before a glittering array of stars was Spark’s little blue fist sailing up at his eye-level.

The commotion that followed was a bit of a blur. There was plenty of yelling and lots of hitting, and electrical discharge through the air like crazy!

… It all ended with Spark seated in front of the principal’s office. He sat with a plastic bag full of ice pressed up against his right eye, and a couple of covered bruises underneath his shirt. Glint was positively glowing, despite what happened… She held her brother in her arms and hugged him close, ensuring him that he was fine and just bubbling over about what he’d done like the giddy school girl she was.

“Such a big, brave man you are~” Glint giggled, “Does it hurt, are you okay? Let me see now...”

Spark pulled the ice away, and his eye looked quite purple-ish around it, showing even through the fur. It was swollen, bruised, his eye all red and watery. He’d been in bad scraps before of course… He was a Pokémon, after all, a born fighter! But three on one is unfavorable odds for anyone. Glint’s expression mirrored her sympathy for the way Spark looked now, and the Minun covered his shame right back up because of it.

“That looks like it smarts!” Glint said, “But that’s okay, I know it doesn’t hurt that much. I’m just glad you came to my rescue! My hero~”

Spark looked at Glint and arched a brow, “You didn’t need my help…”

He then glanced to his right, where across the doorway to the principal’s office sat the three who had over-stepped the line. They were charred! Smears of black burned into their fur, their stupid hairstyles looking even more ridiculous as they stood haggard, stiff and brittle, looking as if they’d all stuck paperclips into electrical sockets. They sat miserable, grumbling to themselves. They shot a glare back to Spark as he looked, and only looked back towards the floor when Glint peeked out from around her brother and made electricity crackle from her cheeks yet again, though in a more purpose and intimidating display.

“Well, no, I guess,” Glint said as she turned Spark’s gaze back to her, “I mean, it’s not like any of them were made out of rocks or something… But that’s not the point!”

She gave him a brief, sisterly peck on the lips with a ‘mwah!’

That’s when Nori showed up, and they heard his near frantic footsteps as he marched through the lobby.

“Sweet Mother Theresa! What happened to you?” Nori exclaimed as he hurried over to Spark and knelt down in front of him.

It was from there that Glint and Spark told Nori the entire story, of what happened, and how it started, from the events that morning to the fight at the end of the day. As the story went on, Nori’s expression went from concerned to out-right unimpressed. For a moment, the twins thought they were in trouble.

That was until Nori said, “And they just sent you to detention for being harassed by a faculty member?”

Glint nodded.

“And now this,” Nori said with a sigh, standing up straight again, “You two stay… Actually, no, you two come with me.”

Nori marched right into the office and demanded to speak with the principal right away.  The secretary tried to make up some sort of excuse, but not wanting to hear it, Nori ushered the twins towards the office and just went in himself.

The principal was on the phone, in the middle of a call. He was a big, burly bear, more rounded and fat than anything, but no doubt strong beneath it all. He saw Nori come in and immediately said he’d have to call whoever it was on the other end of the line back, and hung up the phone.

He barely got the introductions out before Nori tore into him.

“I can’t believe what I just heard!” Nori started, slamming his hands down on the bear’s desk, startling the larger man, “Am I hearing this right? My daughter gets harassed by her homeroom teacher, so much and so insistently that she feels it’s necessary to stand up and expose herself to the class just because she’s built a little differently than the other students?! Is that right?!”

“Well, yes, but I-“The principal started, but Nori cut him off.

“Yes? YES? That’s your answer. Yes. This is complete and utter bullshit!” Nori shouted, “This is a complete and blatant disregard for the specially endowed! Do you have any idea what it’s like trying to explain to your peers that you’re not different just because you have to get a custom-tailored pair of pants? A custom made bra? The immature of us all would see it as a blessing, but it can be damn embarrassing, sir! And this is a prime example of the difficulties we face because of the general ignorance of people! How can you allow something so atrocious to happen and then punish the victim?”

“Nori, if you’d please just calm down, we can-“The principal tried to say, but Nori pushed himself off the desk.

No, no we can’t,” Nori said, “Not only does one of your teachers sexually harass my daughter because she happens to have a larger chest than the ‘average’ girl her age, but then we have students making blatantly unwanted advances on top of it all! I ought to bring this to court! Are you familiar with sexual harassment, sir? Are you? Because I don’t tolerate that sort of business when it comes to my kids!”

Glint and Spark stood, admittedly, as far away from Nori as they could. They were torn between brimming with pride and having the wrath of God scared into them. They’d never been yelled at by Nori like that before… They didn’t even think Nori was capable of yelling at people like that! He never really got mad… he usually just got even.

The principal was likewise terrified, sitting back in his chair like the raccoon was going to blow him away if he didn't hold on tight.

Even the secretary and the trio outside could hear what was going on, and stared towards the doors with a look of concern.

Nori ran his fingers through his hair and took a breath. He was calm within seconds.

“Now then, I'm sure you called me here because Spark got into a fight, and Glint electrocuted a few students,” Nori said, “But from what I hear, they bloody well deserved it, and maybe even worse! I don’t know if you realize it, sir, but being ‘hyper endowed’ is as much a means for careful consideration as being handicapped.”

Looking back to Glint and Spark, he smiled, “Not that you two have a problem or anything.”

Glint nodded, “Oh I know…”

“Good,” Nori smiled, and then turned back to a glare as he looked at the principal, “So, sir, the ball’s in your court now. You’re not dumping this on me and my kids when the responsibility lies entirely on you and this school. I don’t care what you do, but you best do something to educate your students AND your teachers on this matter or heads will roll. I’ll go to the school board, I’ll go to court, and I’ll do whatever I have to unless the problem is solved right now.”

Turning, he had Glint and Spark turn around as well. He rested his hands on their upper backs and ushered them out the door without another word. The principal didn’t say anything either… but he did pick up the phone as soon as Nori left and started making some calls.

Silently, Glint and Spark left out towards the parking lot with their father, and about half-way to the car, Spark looked up.

“Are we in trouble?” He’d ask.

“I can’t very well punish you for trying to stand up for your sister,” Nori explained, “And… even though what Glint did was incredibly inappropriate and she could have gotten up and just left the room, I place the blame more on them than you.”

The twins sighed in relief.

Nori gave them a pat on the back. “But! No more fighting, and no more indecent exposure,” He said in a somewhat stern voice, “I have enough problems without having to march down here and lose my voice screaming at people twice my size… I’ll do it, if I have to, for you… But please don’t make me have to very often.”

The twins climbed into the back seat of Nori’s car, and Nori got into the driver’s seat. Closing the door and doing up his seat belt, Nori sat back and took a deep breath, closing his eyes. That was stressful! But in the end, it was worth it… He probably wouldn’t have heard anything if it weren’t for what happened, so in a way he was thankful. He took another deep breath and then started his car, pulling out of the school parking lot to head home.

“Y’know, maybe school won’t be so bad,” Glint said to Spark with a shrug.

“Well, maybe a little bad…” Spark said with a little chuckle.

The two of them sighed and sat back, saying in unison, “Just like it is for everyone.”

The Most Electrifying First Day of School Ever (critique requested)

Here's another Glint n' Spark diddy for all of you to enjoy.

I finally managed to get up off my ass and get this done, which is great. I dunno how good it is compared to my very first featuring the two, but I have a feeling it'll be a long time before I accomplish something of that level again.

So now the twins are adopted by the ever lovable Nori, but that's not the end of their brand new experiences. The siblings-gone-lovers also have to brave the adolescent trial-by-fire that is high school!

And like everything they do, it is one interesting experience.
