It’s been a busy day, playing and exploring the Pride Lands can be exhausting sometimes so Simba and Nala decided to take a break by the water hole. Suddenly, they listen something approaching them, both got startled and a bit nervous, what if it was a hyena?

Don’t worry Nala, I’ll deal with that – Simba said, failing to sound confident while Nala rolled her eyes – Maybe we should go – She said, but before she could move whatever was coming for them came out from the bushes.

Luckily for them, it was another lion cub that seemed to be lost and scared, they both signed in relief.

Oh, hello there! – Nala said with a smile on her face – Are you lost?

The cub then explained what happened and they spent the rest of the day looking for its mom and dad, and, of course, playing a bit every now and then.

This is a remake I’ve been wanting to do for many years now, the original pic goes by the same title: “Oh, hello there!” （＾-＾）

Done in 2016, I knew that I could polish and fix some things but was a bit limited at the time and, to be honest, it was a bit rushed, so I left it the way it is and that’s why I decided it needed a remake （。＾▽＾）

It was really fun to draw using this style again, last time I used it, was here (✿◠‿◠)

About the story, it could be a random cub or one of the semi canon cubs, it’s up to you (^_^)
