"Hey this little guy keeps following me!"

So here I am, trying to draw something real looking, but that didn't go quite as planned. Dunno why I keep trying realism, I should be practicing drawing cartoons. This was actually wired/sketched a while back, and I just recently decided to outline and finish it up. I remember hating how the hand looked like, I spend hours erasing and trying to get lucky strokes that resembled fingers, and I got most of them down. The finger you point with looks a little strange, but I got tired of stroking the tablet.

The little chick was actually an easy sketch if I recall. I just staked two circles and some ovals surrounding the bottom one. Do little chicks have different feathers around their eyes? Whatever, it looks like a ball of fluff anyways.

So all in all I'm pretty bummed this didn't turn out as nice as I would've hoped. It's just another dip into places I shouldn't be dwelling, haha.

Now I actually do have relatives who own a farm way down south. I go there once a year for three weeks. I've been going for as long as I can remember. We had all the barnyard animals, and I hand to tend each one. I especially liked feeding the chickens. They were so cute, and one chick actually began following me around. It look kind of like the one drawn here.

This was a pretty hardcore farm. Some things I had to do there will stay in my mind forever. I got to enjoy stuff like riding cows moving at 1mph, but other times I had to go out with a group of people and prepare food. I also got kicked by some animals there too, mostly horses. Was fun to go hunting with relatives in the mountains.
