Can you believe that is suppose to be taken humorously? Anyways, the reason I decided on drawing a sad eagle was because I wanted to spin from the 'proud and brave' look they always have. See how that would come out.
Also, this was the picture I realized that I have a ton more tools then just the ones on shown. How do I forget stuff like that.. ugh, so much stuff left unused.

Thanks man! I am pretty happy that the background turned out the way it did too. The eagle's face was dang hard to get right, especially had a hard time figuring out how the underpart of the beak should be drawn, it all looks so weird when it's sketched, but one it's colored and tuned, it looks wonderful, at least I believe so. Also I'm glad you saw emotion in this doodle. Thanks again, always nice to see your comments!

This is still a damn beautiful piece of artwork.. I can never get over how mellow the background is. Plus the eagles face is a mesmerizing mixture of both inspirational and empathy. Listen to me trying to sound like a curator, anyway though, lovely work as always!
