I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
I reserve the right to cancel an order without refund if the client cannot maintain an amicable relationship with me the artist.
For commissions under $50/£30 I will expect payment upfront unless otherwise agreed.
For commissions quoted above $50/£30 I will expect half upfront and half after final approval but before send out final art.
For commissions over $200/£150 instalments will be accepted but final art won’t be released until all payments have cleared.
For digital artworks there is a 45 day free alteration grace period for alterations that I deem reasonable. This grace period isn’t available for traditional artworks due to the fact that once payment is complete the item will have been dispatched.
