Zip is the son of Leveret White and Mary Anne White (the White Rabbit and his maid respectively)- he uses a magicalwristwatch that Theophilus Hata (The Mad Hatter) modified to create a time-slowing spell, allowing him to appear to run at supersonic speeds to everybody else. However, he cannot maintain the spell for long periods of time, otherwise it backfires and slows him down (time, after all, does not enjoy being killed.)
