Here we have a satyr/faun/demon of sorts that causes chaos and pain. I guess that's what the monster in the cage is for. I feel a bit bad for whoever Turmoil is targeting with that thing. Though, since Turmoil has a habit of getting lost, even with his companion Absinthe to guide him, maybe whoever is destined to meet whatever-is-in-the-cage will escape their torment for now...
