This is Rupert! He is a dragon puppet made from vinyl and felt. His teeth are plastic "Pumpkin teeth." His eyes were drawn with colored pencils and covered with glass cabochons. He is going to perform in a YouTube video for someone. Not sure when. (I'll share a link when he makes his debut.)
