He is the Prince of the second most high class family,

Secretly Crushing hard on one of the Palaces Stable masters, he is severely in denial about himself and as such tends to over party and over train, most seeing this as dedication while for Helio it is more of a punishment. He was brought up with a set mind frame and you could say has been brainwashed into worshipping the royals and nobility, whilst also being a harsh and cruel man to those lower than him, including other lower class gemonites.

Personality:

He is a snarky, cocky and arrogant young adult. He is all flair and show off, his scales as lustrous as ever and he struts like a peacock. He has muscles to back up his words to those of lower class or those that challenge him. To higher nobility he is incredibly different, respectful, courteous and incredibly helpful.
He views Trope as a 'speciality' and does tend to treat him slightly nicer than most lower class of dragon. He is still an arrogant pain in the ass and would never admit how much Trope Means to him, and he will for the time being never let it show more than a very small humble respect for the stable master. Tropes strength being something Helio wishes to have someday.
