We are a company that is out to design costumes, props, and fur suits for conventions. We do either customs or premade, depending on what you are looking for. Ranging from Furry all the way up to Streampunk gear.

We are privately owned and operated, by myself (Izzy) and my husband (Tolan). We work out of our small shop that we have at our house.

We can make anything you can think of, so if its hoodies, Kigiurumis, Fursuits and more we have what you are looking for.

What makes MelonBerry's Costumes so Unique?
We can make things move using cutting edge electronics and LED systems.

Do you have pets?
Yes we have one dog and two frogs (they are our son's) He loves frogs... So if you have allergies to animals be careful when ordering. Only the frogs live in the house.

Can you tell me how to...?
No. Sadly we dont like poeple to copy our ideas when it comes to making our parts, so we normally do not tell how we make them.

Will you make me..?
We do not make copyrighted material. Its mostly to just cover us. We dont like to do it and cant really do it without permission. So unless we are asked to do it, sorry we just cant.

Can I buy something from your For Sale page, but not pay you until I have the money?
On this. If its over $100 then we can set up a payment plan for you and work within your budget, but anything less has to be paid upfront before we ship out any item. Also when doing the payment plan, it has to be paid up, before we will ship out your product.

What products do you offer?
We offer a full range of products that include, but are not limited too, Full suits, 3/4 Partials, Partials, Singles, Plushies, Cosply costumes, Props, Costumes that will fit over your Suit, and a wide array of different things. Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do, but only at cons and off certain items, you will more often then not see out suits go on sale, because they are our biggest seller and we cant change the prices for them.

Do you accept sent in materials?
No. The reason for this is because we use a certain kind of material to build our suits and we know what is light and durable so its best if we just get the materials.

Can we privately chat?
We only use our Skype to PM for the business or if Tolan needs to get a hold of Izzy (Who is the only one they talk to on it) otherwise no. If you wanna chat please feel free to send an email. Its checked everyday and we answer within every 3-4 days depending.

Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. We do, but we require that everything be paid up 6 months of the order date. And we prefer it be paid at a Min. of $100 depending on what you buy. If you are not able to pay it off in 6 months let us know by emailing us and we will try to work something out.

What currency do you take and forms of payment?
We take USD$ only. You can also convert it using Paypal so its easy or you can use a currency converter to do it for you if you dont think its right.

The forms of payment we take are: Paypal (Prefurred), Money Order, Cash in person (At Cons ONLY), Credit/Debit Cards(All), and Personal Checks. We dot not accept Cash through the mail.

*Note: On personal checks, they have to clear before we will either start work or ship out your items. If the check happens to bounce YOU are responsible for ALL fees including the ones from our bank because its your check. As well as repaying us. We will come seeking money from you otherwise.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. But you are responsible for paying the shipping costs. We will ship world wide to any country that accepts packages from the US.

Were are you located?
Right smack dab in the middle of the United States. So yeah... We are all good except for when it storms.

What do I need to commission you?
Be sure to familiarize yourself with our prices so that your quote does not come at a shock. Remember, quotes last a small amount of time, and the project's price may increase or decrease. At this time, if you do not have a design in mind you may discuss an artistic liberty suit.

You should also be prepared to take measurements, trace your hand, or send me items such as shoes or a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD), depending on the project size and type. The cost for this is not included in the project quote.

We will need a 30% or more (depending on price) non-refundable deposit, to buy materials and cover work involved in initial material and design research.

After all of these are in our possession no more work from you is required, however we will keep in touch when it is your turn in queue, and if we have any questions pertaining to your design.

Is a duct tape dummy (DTD) necessary?
Yes. DTDs are the closest clients can be for fittings, without actually being with us in person. The measurements we need we can take ourselves, and we can double check them without waiting on correspondence as well as making sure we measure at and from the same spot. Additionally, when the project is done, we can be sure of the fit when the DTD is wearing the item.

For the time and money invested in a DTD, it is a minimal cost compared to the price of the project it's used for, and saves precious time and money taken for shipping back and forth for tailoring.

What is my item's warranty?
Warranties last six months after the costume arrives at its shipping destination, during which any repairs are free. Ship whatever piece(s) needed back, and they will be repaired and returned at no cost.

Do I need to already have a design?
While we prefer that you do. We can work off certain things, but you have to give us at least a Visual of some sort. We wont be able to build the character if we dont have a Visual Reference of some kind.

How long until project completion?
This amount of time depends on many variables including but not limited to the project's place in queue, complexity of design, project size, and late payments.

If a project has a deadline, we will do our best to fit that deadline, however deadlines may be declined if they cannot be met or subject to an additional rush fee.

Normally simple items, like tails, hand paws and feet, can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. A full costume with all the bells and whistles can take a month's worth of work or more.

Can I have/Will you make...?
No. The gallery serves as past projects and examples, and those are in possession of another person. We do not rebuild suits from other companies either.

We do not accept copyrighted designs, and we do not make duplicate projects unless it is a vague design - for example, a naturally colored fox.

Lastly, We most certainly do not make anything for free for people we are not already close to. Not even for birthdays, Christmas, or any other reason. For us that's exactly like working a day (or more!) without a paycheck. We also do not work on Holidays or weekends.

Are there any projects you will not make?
Yes. we DO NOT make suits with and adult rating, or would otherwise be unsuitable in the company of children. This includes suits and costumes purposely made for sexual activity, or with 'naughty' bits. Some light padding is okay, but nothing discernible.

Copyrighted characters are also off limits for legal reasons. Any items in my gallery were made for myself or for very close friends.

Can I draw you fanart?
Of coarse! We love seeing art of our characters around and about. We have a list of all of them here MelonBerry Characters Tab, So you can see them and art of them whenever you want too.

Do you do local pickup?
No. We work out of our home so we would rather not have people coming and being in our home. But we could meet up somewhere like if we are at a con and you are going just let us know ahead of time and we will bring your items with is.

Do you do art commissions too?
Izzy does. She offers them for all kinds of things, but she mostly does Badges and Concept art.

Do you attend Conventions?
