Apparently Seeger is a """super soldier""" but nobody's sure what makes her super, what does that mean, how is it done? I don't think the scientists who did it even know how it's done; since they did it with Seeger they've never been able to replicate it...

But she's incredibly strong and can jump high so I guess it was worth all that funding
