Olana is the second mistress of The Glistening Pear. She is the brains of the outfit as she organizes all of the orders with different sources and struggles to keep the rent paid. Her wife, Viez, is sometimes insufferable to her because of her carefree mentality and the showboat nature to people. However at the end of the day, they always are happy with one another. She was reluctant to hire on Sierra after finding out of her “disability.” Sierra’s small un-prehensile tail was viewed as a flaw but over time she has found Sierra to be her most valuable employee.

She has more spite towards Kassidy as she comes in and causes massive damage to the bar, all things that she has to calculate and find out how much it will take to repair. And to add more reasons she is spiteful towards Kassidy is because she ends up taking Sierra away from her. She doesn’t actively act out grudges, but she belittles Kassidy’s mentality of her aversion from responsibility.

In the end though, she might get a bit peeved, but she has a sweet demeanor and has a very compassionate personality.
