Some days the world seems to literally melt around me and all I can do is sit and feel it fall apart

I'm seeing someone about this tomorrow cause when I'm in this state I can't really do much. I'm not entirely sure where I am even though I can see things. Usually the floor feels like I'm gonna fall through it if I move too much
