Mostly Wolf dominated due to thier tracking abilities and pack mentality and as a side effect of formerly being the Wolf Empire’s police force.

New Cadets typically spend 2 years training in the police academy. After graduation, they’re
considered “Field Cadets” and go though 2 years of field training under a senior officer.
Field cadets always carry a pike with them, hence their popular nickname, “Pikeys”.
After their 2 years, they earn their rank as Constable, as well as their sword and crossbow.
