Though I'm far more partial to the Sega Saturn and PC versions of the Sonic 3D Blast soundtrack, Rusty Ruin is one of those that I love across both versions. The MIDI is a mashup of both Act 1 and Act 2 of Rusty Ruin by Sean Bee.

Mixing is a bit uneven, the bell like instrument drowns out all else.
Naiss stuff none the less !
