Sarei had been talking logistics for the past...minute? Five? Lenai didn't really know. She wasn't focusing. Her keen, red eyes were focused on other things. Now, certainly, the words were being collected by her large, pointed ears, but the floating imp wasn't dedicating much brainpower to processing them. Shifting her hips side to side, she barely suppressed the urge to hum. It wasn't often, after all, that the two imps actually had the good fortune to be together.

"...five days until we reach the city and can make some inquiries into gaining legal sta-...Lenai, are you listening?"
"...you're cute."
"I'm...uh...phwah?"
"The blush makes you cuter."

I finally got to commission art for one of my oldest characters and her brother, and it's everything I could've wanted. She was the fourth character I ever made, and two of the first three I think are pretty lame now that I've more experience. But Lenai and Sarei are characters I adore playing when I get the chance. They're pretty good foils for each other.
