DOCTOR FORGISXTI DOES NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A PHD

Name: Unknown or classified. Responds to variations of 'doc', 'bug lady,' 'bugman,' etc. Goes by 'Doctor' Forgisxti officially.

Age: Approx. 26-27, DOB unknown

Weight: over 300lb. Varies.

Height: 7'4"

Gender: Claims to have excised this. It changes to patient comfort.

'Doc' is (or perhaps was) human, though extensively modified. Its metahuman ability allows it to modify flesh in a way similar to clay. More than just molding limbs and muscle, Doc is capable of creating new organs, modifying brain capability and even limited mind-ripping by (fatally) dismantling a sophont's brain. Further, it can rapidly remove virtually all microbial threats from a body. Strangely, broken limbs seem outside of its capability. The bones can be set and splinted perfectly, but not outright repaired. In its early life, it accidentally removed its own capacity for empathy and proceeded to methodically use its own family for extensive further experimentation to attempt to fix the error.

With the help of a government psionic, it was capable of repairing its family, mostly, but had to excise all memory of itself from them, and they are now in need of anti-psychotic drugs for the rest of their lives. It has since returned a fair portion of its own empathy but still remains largely suppressed in emotion and considers itself a separate species. Its original gender is as well unknown, having rewritten itself so completely that even what the human looked like originally is unrecoverable.

It now functions as a doctor for other superpowered metahumans, and has claimed a quarter of a hospital wing to that end. The inside of the structure is grown over with a fusion of flesh and machine, and Doc itself is partially cybernetic, capable of interfacing with many standard computer systems and growing new limbs and mechanical hardware freely. It is also somewhat telepathic, having expanded its own brain capacity in a similar fashion. It claims a love of certain Science Fiction works as reason for its own appearance and state of its work areas.

Its appearance changes as function dictates, even appearing more masculine or feminine at request of patients. Some have claimed to see multiples of Doc working in tandem and it is uncertain if what we interact with now is actually Doc. There's rumors the that its office is actually the Doc and what we handle are drones.

In any case, if it's a biological function, the good Doctor can likely fix or improve it. Its combat ability is small, but not to be ignored if cornered or in close quarters.

Notable additions:
*All staff have been processed for 'tuneups', streamlining muscle endurance, metabolism efficiency, and even improving skin complexion.
*Imitating another fiction piece, Doc made and distributed small symbiotic worms to replace all tooth brushes of staff. Only a few are brave enough to use them.
*A nutrient gel contained in a chewy skin. Each roughly golf ball-sized package is equal to a typical MRE. Most staff find the texture and knowledge that these are produced by doc itself offputting.
*Staff have been found bribing Doc to perform cosmetic surgeries in minutes with expensive imported coffee. Any staff caught abusing its abilities for cosmetic augmentations will be reprimanded.

Just some nonsense about a not-combat-oriented superhuman kind of thing. Touch of body horror in there with some scifi nods. I dunno! Something to answer the question "How do you perform surgery on a superhuman?"

Obviously, with someone whose superpower is super-surgery!

That and like weird xeno bug things are kinda hot DON'T JUDGE ME
