MonMOA cruises around MonBeach and MonTown in his micro van, It's a typical shaggin wagon, except for it's monstrous driver.
MOA has a permanent room at MonBeach Hotel, but he prefers sleeping in his van mostly.
He can regularly be found shuttling folks to and from MonBeach, better than a taxi service.
