Bring unto him your offerings of an entire pizza!

During the many years I was trying to swim deep waters to find where my drawing motivation fell into, I caught wind of a certain cardgame anime called "Future Card Buddyfight" and it was around when the Triple D season was starting, that I saw they introduced a baby dragon character, one named Bal who has a strong appetite for pizza, a sword in his chest that can turn into many tools and toys from a "weathervane dragon" locater compass to a marker that creates Impact Monsters to even a boat, and has a tendency to wander off and get into antics. So I decided to check it out and this little guy has been one of my favorite comfort characters ever since. I kept watching the show even after that season ended and he left the show, and I thought it was a fun watch all throughout, but the anime stopped abruptly without closure (apparently the manga spelled out what happened after the singular Ace season, but I could never for the life of me find it anywhere).

Anyway, onto the drawing. Thought I'd put a silly prop (a dark lord's chair, just 'cause the contrast between the chair and its sitter is funny and just having fun with the sitter's name) as an excuse to try and actually practice drawing props and furniture. I had other details but they don't show as well through the mostly-black chair (Bal's battle form as dragon head armrests, pizza chandeliers at the top) and I don't think I drew them that well anyway.
