In the gardens of the Sun Yat Sen Memorial resides a bronze sculpture of the Dr. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the individual in the background. I like the perspective of this one. Taken on a business trip to Taiwan in 2007.

Well, since I took that photo 8 years ago, I forget who was the statue in the background! It wasn't Sun Yat-Sen, that I remember.

To me (one who's born in mainland China), it's odd to have a sculpture of a different person at a Sun Yat-Sen memorial, but it might be Chiang Kai-Shek (Jiang Jieshi).
Hard to make out the features in all this bokeh, though, so it could just be another statue of Dr. Sun.
