Bio: Blizzard is a very playful Glaceon once owned by a scientist in the Kalos region. When he was just an Eevee, his owner loved him very much, but he wanted him to be further in his evolution line, and he didn't want to put the poor Eevee through the hard training, so he tried forcing his evolution, but it didn't go as planned, and not only evolved him, the machine the scientist had put him in teleported him to snowy glacier somewhere else in the Kalos region and gave him somewhat human features, and therefore left him missing, but by the time they had found any trace of him, he had taken a trip to Unova, from which he never came back.
