Another queer goblinoid. In my mind (and my D&D campaign), goblinoids are covered in velvet-like fur. It's mostly translucent/pale and basically makes their skin look a lighter shade while providing some protection from underground environments, so bold tattoos show through without much difficulty. That's how I'm explaining away tattooed fur, at least.
